Sub ms duration span results in NaN% exec time in flamegraph

Bug description

When having a span that is sub-ms duration (example 0.05 ms) this is displayed as NaN %
Please describe.
If this affects the front-end, screenshots would be of great help.

Expected behavior

% exec time should not be NaN

How to reproduce

1. Create span with sub ms duration
2. View trace detail
