Auto refresh reloads whole UI #8106

Bug description
Auto refresh is a problem through out the app as it breaks UX. In infra monitoring for example, if you have host details opened and have auto refresh on, the entire view reloads, the drawer closes and reopens.
The auto refresh makes it a terrible user experience.
Expected behavior
A smoother user experience would be to do in-place loading of data, without showing any loading.
How to reproduce
- Go to infra monitoring
- Open a host details
- Turn on auto refresh
