LOGS[FE]: Timestamp for list query doesn't update during rerun.

When I rerun the stage and run query, the timestamp for the graph query gets updated, but the timestamp for the list query doesn't get updated.

🧪 Manually Tested Flows

1. the start and end timestamp for logs list query should stay the same while fetching next pages
2. the start and end timestamp for logs list and chart queries should be recalculated on clicking stage and run query button
3. copy log link
4. logs context pagination -> prev and next pages
5. logs context -> click to open log following the clicked log and applying the filters
