fix(canvas_emit): preserve partial sequential channel mappings on emit
Reid's fix: when a bus has partial sequential channel assignments (e.g. 2-of-8 channels patched), the emitter now preserves only the patched channels as explicit range rather than inflating to fill the entire destination width.
