One library for skills scattered across agents and directories. Search by name, description, agent, source path, or tags; filter ownership and locations; keep favorites.

• Inspect the physical definition, linked exposures, and each agent’s invocation policy.
• Create and import local skills, edit instructions, and update complete skill folders with a preview.
• Share a single source through agent or project links.
• Archive skills or remove exposure links with recoverable history. Stale edits and occupied destinations are protected.
• Add skill locations outside the standard roots. Plugin and system ownership stays explicit.

Updates in this version use local source folders. Plugin activation and upstream update delivery remain with the owning tools.
