ApolloShell 0.1.3 Patch 1

A patch on 0.1.3: the bar and its Dock across desktops.

Fixed

• The bar stays put when you switch desktops. It used to vanish for
  the length of the swipe and come back after it. It now sits in a space
  of its own that does not take part in the swipe, the way SketchyBar keeps
  its bar still.
• Clicking an app in the Dock takes you to it, also when its windows
  are on another desktop. The click used to make the app active without
  showing anything: the menu bar changed, the desktop stayed. Now one of
  its windows comes forward and macOS switches to that desktop.
