ApolloShell 0.1.4 Patch 2

A patch on 0.1.4: two more crashes, both found through the new crash reports.

Fixed

• Quitting from outside no longer ends in a crash report. When another
  program told ApolloShell to quit (launchctl, kill), it crashed on the
  way out instead of quitting cleanly, and the next start offered to send a
  report for it.
• The launcher's list no longer crashes the shell. macOS 26 lays out the
  rows of a long list in the background, and building a row there tripped a
  safety check meant for the main thread. The rows are now built so that
  they can come from any thread.
