Cookie Clicker Archipelago 0.3

Cookie Clicker now includes logic that prevents "unlock building" checks from occurring within the building itself.
The game still isn't balanced and requires at least one other game in the multiworld setup, so you can unstick Cookie Clicker using cookie multipliers sent from other games.
