Spotify-style queue and a proper shuffle.

The queue panel is now sectioned the way Spotify's is: Now playing at the top, then Next in queue for tracks you added yourself (with a Clear queue button), then Next from: , then Autoplay's continuation. Tracks you've already heard no longer clutter the list.

Shuffle actually re-shuffles. Turning it off and on again used to land you back on the very first shuffle every time; each toggle now gives you a genuinely new order, and turning it off restores the real playlist order.

Tracks you add to the queue now survive playing something else. Starting a different song or playlist used to silently drop them; they now follow whatever you just started, and shuffle leaves them in place so they still play next.

The volume slider is now perceptual. The bottom of the slider used to swing wildly while the top barely moved; every step now changes loudness by the same amount.
