v0.4.10
Sharing lands: every song, album, playlist and artist now has a link you can send someone.
The queue and lyrics panels stop disappearing when the now-playing view opens, and play
counts show up on a lot more rows.
New features
- Share links: a Share entry in the
...menu on track rows, cards and the album, artist and playlist pages opens a card with the artwork, the title and the YouTube Music link, ready to copy. Sharing a private playlist warns you that the link will error for whoever you send it to, and offers to make it public right there. - Choose where the queue and lyrics live: Settings, Themes, "Queue and lyrics in the player view". Leave it on and nothing changes. Turn it off and the side panels own both: the player bar buttons always toggle the panels, they stay open over the now-playing view, and that view keeps just the artwork and makes room for them. ( Settings > Themes > Queue and Lyrics in the player view )
Improvements
- Play counts now show on artist top songs, the playlist behind them, and both search song lists. Previously only album tracks had them.
- The Songs section in search results gets artist, album, length and play count on every row, instead of half of them arriving with no duration.
- Copying a Listen Together invite reports a failure instead of quietly doing nothing when the clipboard refuses.
