The window can now use your desktop's own title bar instead of the app's, Previous rewinds the current track before it skips back, and albums and playlists get Play and Shuffle straight from their right-click menu.
New features
- System title bar: a new setting in General > System hands the window frame back to your desktop, so GNOME and KDE draw their own decorations, shadows and corners. macOS gets native traffic lights with nothing to configure.
- Play and shuffle from the menu: right-clicking an album or playlist now opens with a Play row whose right-hand button starts the same tracks shuffled.
- Romanian is available in the language picker.
Improvements
- Previous restarts the current track when you are more than three seconds in, and only steps back to the previous one when pressed again from the top. This matches YouTube Music and most other players.
- Updated translations for French, Portuguese (Brazil), Indonesian, Turkish, Italian and Russian.
Bug fixes
- The mini player had no keyboard shortcuts at all. It now gets the same ones as the main window.
- On macOS,
Cmd+Hopened the shortcuts list instead of hiding the window. The shortcuts list moves toCmd+/there, andCmd+Hgoes back to the system.
New contributors
- @irine-elle: translated the app into Romanian.
The .rpm is a normal package and does not self-update; on Linux only the AppImage updates itself.
