feat(web): serve the web app on app.getansi.app

The web job now reads the Pages site's address from the Pages API and
builds for its path: "/" on a custom domain, "/<repo>/" on the bare
project site. Adding the domain therefore needs no edit to the workflow,
and the base href can't drift from where the site is served. release.md
§6.1 gives the owner's steps (a Cloudflare CNAME, the Pages custom
domain, Supabase redirect URLs, a release). cloud-setup lists the new
origins and the app subdomain as owed until those steps are done.
