  • Exon extension: Can now find exon extensions, even if there are other overlapping exons
  • Exon extension: >2x faster
  • UTR annotation: Fixed some inconsistencies
  • UTR annotation: Feature type string adapted to match NCBI standart (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/genomes_gff/)

-> Forgot to add matplotlib in the setup.py, if you want to use the notebook, please install it manually or clone the current version of my code.
