⚡ 功耗优化与日志降级（低重要性数据）

• request_log：批量写入策略改为“50 条立即提交，否则最多 3 分钟提交一次”，并改为 best-effort 异步入队（队列满会丢弃），避免阻塞请求路径
• 空闲唤醒：移除无任务时的 100ms 常驻 tick；首页黑名单倒计时仅在存在倒计时任务时才每秒刷新

🖥️ 看板与日志 UI/统计修复

• 看板热力图：宽屏自动填充可用宽度，小屏仍支持横向滚动
• 看板折线图：修复 token/金额长期为 0 导致“没数据”的问题，并新增“请求次数”折线
• 日志页面：程序日志 / MITM 转发日志空状态与时间戳提升对比度，可读性更好
