Updates the Go dependencies and the pinned Go Alpine build image:

• github.com/charmbracelet/x/ansi 0.11.7 → 0.11.9, with updated terminal rendering dependencies (#27).
• modernc.org/sqlite 1.60.1 → 1.61.0 (SQLite 3.54.1), with its required modernc.org/libc 1.79.0 (#27).
• Refreshed the immutable Go 1.27.3 Alpine build image digest (#28).

No configuration change or database migration is required. Verify Linux AMD64 or ARM64 downloads with checksums.txt, or use the immutable container reference from image-digest.txt.

Validation: module checks, formatting, vet, full race tests, builds, deterministic smoke test, Compose validation, source and dependency security checks, all-severity container vulnerability scan, and configuration scan.
