Bad CRC-32 check when installing from PyPI on Windows

I just run into the following error (full log below):

zipfile.BadZipFile: Bad CRC-32 for file 'cmeel.prefix/lib/cmake/proxsuite/proxsuiteTargets-debug.cmake'

This happens in a CI workflow that worked 5 days ago, so I'm guessing the change is rather recent?

• Python version: 3.10 in these logs

I can reproduce the issue on python 10, working fine on 11 and 12.
The archive seems to be corrupted. Many files are affected, not just proxsuiteTargets-debug.cmake and proxsuiteTargets.cmake`.
Re-uploading an archive should do the work.

we've released a fixed wheel proxsuite-0.7.2.post1-0-cp310-cp310-win_amd64.whl that works for windows and python 3.10.

@stephane-caron: we will also soon release fixed wheels for versions 0.7.0 and 0.7.1 which have the same problem for windows and python 3.10 , if you specifically need one of these previous versions.
