Widgets don't allow resizing if overlapping widgets on other pages

Description

When trying to resize a widget, the app wont allow resizing it if it'd overlap widgets that occupy same space on other pages, as if both widgets present on the same page. Same applies if widget overlaps app icons or folders from other pages.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add any widget to page 1 and resize it so it would occupy upper half of the screen
2. Add any widget to page 2 and resize it so it would occupy lower half of the screen
3. Try to resize either of widgets so they'd occupy more space
