`IsReadonly` implemented in `ApiPropertyToString`.
Initializer implemented in `ApiParameterToString` and `ApiParametersToTableString`. ApiItemKind filtering added to `GetApiItemsFromReference`. `ApiInterfaceToString` changed to resolve interface items inside this function.
