Extract the Portable ZIP and run Kea3D.exe. Keep the thumbnail DLL beside it. Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is required. This build is not Authenticode-signed: Windows may display Unknown publisher or SmartScreen warnings. Do not disable security protections. Clean-Windows and installer acceptance remain pending; no installer is offered in this release.

Improvements

• Scene search/filtering, Anchor inspection actions and protection for unexported edits.
• Loading recovery and responsive export controls.
• View selector frames both the complete model and cage. Escape, toggle or outside-click cancellation restores the previous camera and zoom; choosing a face commits the new view.

Use the attached Kea3D-Core-source.zip as the matching source for these binaries, not GitHub's automatically generated baseline source archive. It includes the Core source, dependency lockfiles, modified CAD importer source and Windows native rebuild instructions in native/cad-worker/README.md. That guide links the exact hash-pinned occt-sys 7.8.1 source and build overlays. License texts and Windows dependency notices are included in the portable package.

Windows x64 unsigned portable preview

Download Kea3D-0.1.99-windows-x64-portable.zip, extract it and run Kea3D.exe.
Keep the thumbnail DLL and license files in the extracted folder. Microsoft Edge
WebView2 Runtime is required. This package is not digitally signed; Windows may
show an Unknown publisher or SmartScreen warning. Do not disable security protections.

Tested on the development Windows host. Clean-Windows testing is still pending;
the installer is not published. This is a preview, not exhaustive compatibility
or legal certification. Checksums are in WINDOWS-SHA256SUMS.txt.

Windows CAD source and rebuild

Extract Kea3D-Core-source.zip, then extract
Kea3D-0.1.99-Windows-source-supplement.zip into that source root. Follow
native/cad-worker/README.md. Use the attached occt-sys-7.8.1.crate for the
exact OCCT source and both build overlays. The original Core source asset is unchanged.

A fresh OCCT and worker rebuild passed the authored single-root STEP regression:
12 triangles, six colored faces and two distinct colors, matching the original
worker. The complete source, LGPL text, OCCT exception and build instructions
are available without publisher signing credentials. Windows native notices
are included in the portable ZIP.

Kea3D 0.1.91 Free/Core source

Matching limited Free/Core source snapshot for the local 0.1.91 Windows and Android candidates. Includes Linux native CAD support, responsive Settings fixes, Anchor visibility and picking improvements, companion-file resolution fixes, safe manifest Save As handling, and regression tests. Clean snapshot validation passed: dependency install, lint, typecheck, 118 unit tests, production build, and bundle budget. This is a source release, not a signed production binary release. Preserves authored STEP presentation colors in the native Windows importer, including colors inherited from bodies, assemblies, and instances. The native CAD benchmark now validates color-group ranges and can enforce colored-face and distinct-color regression gates.
