Document sound and the 30 FPS field Covers the native IOP sound drivers, whole-program VU compilation and its recording workflow, the renderer's in-stream snapshots and GPU-built 8-bit textures, and the tests and checks that go with them. To publish once the sound and performance pull requests are merged.
