Obscure SMSQ bug fix release.

  • Fixed the handling of an obscure SMSQ bug. The code a$(a to b) is the empty string if b = a-1. If b is any other smaller value than a, weird results occur under Turbo. The full string is returned, not a null slice. For example:
    a = 10: b = 9: print a$(a to b): REMark returns the empty string, while a = 10: b = 8: print a$(a to b): REMark returns a$.
