docs(handoffs): audit Wave 2 evidence admission#3085
Conversation
Archive the distinct WebUI-03 replacement as r02, correct the merged Support-D proof receipt, and record active/deferred routing for every remaining Wave-2 package. External patches remain evidence until their current owner reviews them against master; this change applies no returned implementation. Co-Authored-By: Codex <noreply@openai.com>

How can I continue? After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews. How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window. Include the returned WebUI workspace-scaffold packet in the active Lane E routing set so the Wave-2 admission ledger covers every retained package. Co-Authored-By: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Summary
Records a durable admission audit for every retained Wave-2 return and archives the materially distinct WebUI-03 replacement as
r02.Problem
Returned patches span stale snapshots and active owner lanes. Without explicit routing, useful requirements and proof material can be overlooked, while a stale patch can be replayed into a conflicting current surface.
Solution
Adds a concise active/deferred routing ledger, marks the already-merged Support-D proof as superseded, and preserves the WebUI-03 replacement with its checksum and conflict receipt. No external implementation is applied.
