One command instead of four.
- /task with nothing after it: dashboard of every bucket, status, next action.
- /task : continues the matching bucket or opens a new one. Claude names the slug from your sentence.
- Briefs are written and dispatched by Claude without prompting you. Buckets close themselves when the refuter accepts.
- New .claude/scratch/INDEX.md lists all buckets.
- Removed: /task-session, /brief, /task-status, /task-close (extras/commands/).
Upgrading from v1.0: delete the four old command files from ~/.claude/commands/, then copy core/CLAUDE.md and core/commands/task.md again.
