TweeterKeeper v2.0.1 - Stability fixes

Bug fixes focused on long-running reliability (no more 'stops working until restart').

Fixed

• Silent-mode revive hotkey: fixed a bug where entering silent mode a second time left Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T dead, making the app impossible to bring back without Task Manager. The listener thread now exits cleanly and re-registers the hotkey on each entry.
• Audio stream watchdog: the sine output now auto-recovers from device switches, sleep/resume, exclusive-mode preemption and driver restarts - rebuilds the stream (and resets PortAudio if needed) without restarting the app.
• Config disk writes debounced: dragging the volume slider no longer hammers the disk (dozens of writes -> one coalesced write after you let go).
• Quit re-entry guard: shutdown is now safe against concurrent quit calls.
• Monitor thread hardened against transient exceptions.

Notes

Drop-in replacement for v2.0.0. Config is fully compatible. Requires the Windows WebView2 runtime.
