FCVW V0.23.0 — opt-in harness hooks
Adds opt-in hooks for Claude Code and Codex (FCVW/tools/hook_fcvw.py) that turn three FCVW rules into checks: a status at session start, a plan before any versioned edit, and validation before the agent stops. An fcvw/automation@1 contract is the switch: the hooks act only while an active contract declares them. The new automation-binding rule checks the contract against the harness configuration. A ready contract template ships in TEMPLATE_AUTOMATION_CONTRACT.md.
Compatibility: backward compatible; nothing activates unless a project opts in. Migration: see V0.22.0 to V0.23.0 in MIGRATIONS.md. Rollback: set the contract to paused or retired, use FCVW_HOOKS=off, or remove the harness configuration.
Known gaps: AI-assisted translations only; Codex hooks not exercised live; Windows and macOS not exercised.
