On leftclick not limiting to left click with fishing rod

Bug Description

When using the on left click event with a fishing rod, the event fires for both right and left click.

Expected Behavior

Event should only fire with left click, not right click.

Steps to Reproduce

on left click with fishing rod:
	send "player has clicked with lmb"

Cast the fishing rod, the message will send.

I need this feature to open a GUI whenever the player only left clicks, so this is kind of delaying the release for my server.

Can replicate on 2.6.3.

This may be how Spigot/Mojang handles the fishing rod.
I think two packets are sent, and Spigot calls PlayerInteractEvent twice.

Not Skript's doing but we could ignore double events as double events is already handled for PlayerInteractEntityEvent.
