Bug Description

fast clicking in gui where click in inventory is canceled not always click block click (only with fast clicking)

Are you referring to the slight block move to the inventory? That's client side.

As said above, with fast clicking/moving item may move but that's only client visual glitch (doesn't really move and can't be used) and if you try to do anything with it it will be gone, the original item will not be affected.

If this is not the case please provide more info so we can reopen this issue.

I don't think this is just clientside: looking at the video, they are slightly dragging their cursor when the item is placed in the slot. This causes an InventoryDragEvent instead of an InventoryClickEvent. Skript does not support this event yet, see #3744.
