• Download dataset from here
• Unpack contents to project directory called data
• Install requirements

$ pip install -r requirements.txt

In order to run BAM on GPU do:

• Install proper Nvidia drivers
• Install cuda and cudnn

If you experience some issues with TensorFlow please follow installation guide

Usage

To run this project use python

$ python main.py
