Fix pinned apps lost on restart: Config is now saved before restarting from the control panel
Auto-hide dock on fullscreen: Dock automatically hides when a fullscreen app (e.g. RDP) is active on its monitor, and reappears when exiting fullscreen
Fix Start with Windows: Startup registry setting from the installer is now correctly synced with the app config, preventing it from being silently removed
