Vehicle Check: Enhanced the script to verify that the player is in a helicopter before allowing hover activation.
Enhanced Visual Notification: The visual notification now displays colour for Activated or Deactivated.
Ini File: The script now supports HelictoperHover.ini file for configuration. (ie: Keybinds, Notification.)

Fixed
Method Correction: Corrected the method used for checking if the player is in a helicopter, resolving compilation issues.
