- pyproject.toml: version 8.0.1 -> 8.1.0 (uv.lock refreshed)
- CHANGELOG.md: rename Unreleased -> '8.1.0 - 2026-08-03' and add the
  previously-undocumented entries from v8.0.1..HEAD: agent multi-section
  configs / --local / GEPA --optimize / reflexion + judge gates, GEPA
  end-to-end real-coverage metric, derive_mode, example LLM-QC loop,
  prompt hardening, parallel test suite (~7x), trimmed pre-commit hooks,
  BioBERT HF repo id fix, agent KG build reliability fixes, CI caching
  and gh-pages v4; open a fresh empty Unreleased section
