Version 1.1 - Save Management

Added a new debuggable base APK so that save data can be accessed. You will need to build and install a new APK to enable this.

Also added two scripts for save management. Backed up saves will be in the saves/out directory. Saves to upload to your device go in saves/in. Saves are compatible across systems.

Currently requires a base understanding of enabling Android debugging on your device and using adb to get your device ID. Then you need to edit the scripts to use your device ID. This will be improved in the future.
