For the resilience / fault-tolerance family, which new pattern domain candidates fit DesignPatterns’ primitive + compile-time-glue model (including compile-time strategy composition angles vs Polly-shaped libraries)?

• Compile-time Resilience Pipeline — Attribute-/schema-ordered resilience steps generating a frozen Build/Execute stack (DecoratorStack shape) vs Polly’s runtime ResiliencePipelineBuilder.
• Named Resilience Policy Registry — Strategy-registry-shaped named policy graphs with compile-time key/glue (overlaps Polly ResiliencePipelineRegistry role).
• Circuit Breaker Gate — Open/half-open/closed gate primitive + compile-time trip threshold/predicate wiring.
• Fallback Provider Chain — Ordered degrade-path providers composed like Handler/Decorator order for graceful alternatives.
