Prototype: stub Work* API outline for Spec reaction

Question

Raise fidelity for the Spec by producing a cheap stub (markdown or throwaway sketch — not production code in DesignPatterns/) of the locked MVP Work* API surface from #303, enough for the maintainer to react to naming, builder flow, and RunAsync shape before the Spec issue is filed.

Link the artifact from this issue; do not merge pattern implementation.

Maintainer reaction

Agreed with the stub as written (no renames / flow changes).

Validated for Spec (from stub + agreement)

1. Naming: WorkGraph / WorkStep / IWorkGraph / WorkGraphBuilder; step ExecuteAsync; graph RunAsync.
2. Manual builder: Add(id, step, params string[] dependsOn) → Build() → IWorkGraph.RunAsync(ctx, ct) returning ValueTask.
3. Generated: {Name}WorkStepKeys + {Name}WorkGraph.Create(Func<…>|dictionary).
4. Namespace sketch: DesignPatterns.Behavioral (stub default; Spec may still note ADR if debated later — not reopened here).
5. Holder: static class with [WorkGraph<TContext>] as in stub (any-type loosening not requested).
6. No blocking gaps identified before Spec filing.

Explicit non-surfaces (unchanged from #305)

No Dop, no trace, no DI, no sync, no typed edges in the stub.

Throwaway stub — do not merge as product API; Spec (#307) absorbs the validated surface.
