First public release.

One click installs DLSS 5, Multi Frame Generation, RenoDX HDR or ReShade, with every prerequisite it needs.
Everything Prism writes is listed per game and removable in one click; full vanilla restore with SHA-256 checks.
Installer (per user, no admin needed) or portable zip. A .sha256 is published next to each file.
Prism updates itself from these releases.

Windows 10 1809+ / 11 x64. The binaries are not code-signed yet: SmartScreen may warn, check the SHA-256 before running.
