Numerous bug fixes and performance improvements.

This release is not fully compatible with v0.16.3:

• Text, Title, Lowercase, and Uppercase now reject malformed UTF-8 that they previously accepted.
• UUID validation now accepts uppercase characters, consistent with RFC 9562 and current go-playground/validator behaviour.

In most cases, you shouldn't see any change except slight performance boost, while using the library.
