Base Release

The base release for inkBoard, meant to test if everything works. Docs and the like are still missing, and the pip package does come with platforms or integrations, so to use it will require manually downloading the desktop platform and installing it using inkBoard install.

Editing it to restart the workflow since I forgot the add publishing to pypi
