Install

1. Download Otto-v0.2.0.pkg and double-click to run the installer
2. Otto.app is placed in /Applications automatically
3. Open Otto from Launchpad or Spotlight — the setup wizard guides you through entering your OpenAI API key

3. Add your OPENAI_API_KEY to a .env file inside that folder
4. Double-click Otto.app — or run ./run.sh --app from a terminal

First launch: macOS will block the app since it isn't notarized.
Right-click → Open, then click Open in the dialog.
