Weird and obscure interactions between keywords, card and mechanics

1. Complication cards target the Megaship

1.1 Giving Counter Battery to the Megaship and playing a Complication card makes the Megaship attack itself

2. Launch Guidance's (+Guided Attack) Rapid interacts weirdly with Complex Operations (So far tested on Megaship and Strikes)

3. If "Add AMP" is applied with the respective effect via the same card, the AMP gets applied first, buffing the effect application aterwards.

4. (OLD, needs testing) Order in which statuses trigger/decay on combat phase end:

4.1 Debuffs: Fighters, Bombers, Cascade, Rad(+Condition Overload), Troop Combat, EMP, Chaff, Hack

4.2 Buffs: Bomber escort, Repair bots, Hazard Clearing, Flares, Optimize
