Release SleepStrap 6.9.5

Changes

• remove Quick Loadout and its hidden hotkey UI
• remove every AutoHotkey dependency from macro clicks, automatic actions, and Auto Rejoin
• send loadout clicks atomically through built-in Windows input so Roblox cursor capture does not cause a false position error
• keep the downloadable build self-contained as one EXE
• bump SleepStrap to 6.9.5

Validation

• Release x64 build completed with 0 errors
• self-contained win-x64 single-file publish completed successfully
• GitHub Actions will validate the exact release commit
