v2.0

v2.0

1) The entire project was basically started over, eliminating a lot of bugs.
2) Support for virtually all existing Xfce4 plugins.
3) Completely redesigned and improved XfcePanel click shift effect for 3D buttons.
Microsoft themes only shift select Xfce Panel buttons, while mine shift all Xfce Panel buttons in addition to GTK3 and 4 ones.
GTK still needs work but is mostly tested as ok for most things. The mode can be set in a theme's config for compiling, including
   disabling *all* button shift effects.
4) Vastly improved spacing/geometry/etc of all Xfce panel elements.
5) Greatly extended Deskbar support for all plugins.
6) Fixed phantom outlines on icon move if using Thunar desktop icons.
7) Combobox fixes for GTK3/4.
8) Improved (Non-LibAdwaita) GTK4 support.
9) Compile script no longer generates grayscale warnings: PNGs at issue are now converted to 8bit sRGB during compilation.
