Fixes

• Translate row action: the Translate row action no longer disappears when every configured target language already has a translation. For multi-post adapters (Polylang, WPGlobus, WP Multilang) already-translated languages landed only in $existing_languages, never in $missing_languages, so the early return in ListTableTranslation::add_row_actions() fired and removed the action — the only per-row entry point to the picker dialog where the Overwrite existing translation control lives. The action now stays when at least one existing translation is present; the dialog reads data-all-langs / data-existing-langs for the overwrite gate, so an empty data-langs is fine. (#20)
