Fix: downloads failing with "HTTP Error 503" (ASI Loader, Skate 3 engine). Please use this version instead of v1.0.1.

No game files are included. This download contains no files from GTA San Andreas, Skate 3 or Modern Warfare 2. You need your own copies of the games; the launcher builds the mod from them on your PC.

Fixed

• Downloads now retry when a server is busy and carry on where they stopped instead of starting over.
• If your PC has a proxy or VPN that blocks the launcher, it tries again without the proxy, then with Windows' own downloader.
• If a download still fails, the message gives the link and exactly where to save the file (don't unzip it). Press the button again afterwards.
• Put dinput8.dll in your GTA folder by hand? It loads too late for Mod Loader. Open this launcher and click Add it: it installs the loader the right way.

Install

1. Download PipeLinkLauncher.zip below and unzip the whole folder (keep payload next to the exe).
2. Open PipeLinkLauncher.exe and follow the three steps (Skate 3 and MW2 are optional).
3. Press Install, then Play. In game: F6 skate, F5 MW2 mode.

• The "Add it" (ASI Loader) step in v1.0.0 installed the loader as dinput8.dll, which GTA SA loads too late: Mod Loader never started, so Skate 3 and MW2 never launched. The loader now goes in as vorbisFile.dll, which GTA loads at startup.
• Used v1.0.0 already? Open this version of the launcher: it removes the old dinput8.dll and offers Add it again. Click it, then Install and Play.

In this release

• Converts Steam GTA SA to 1.0 US, adds an ASI loader, installs the Skate 3 and MW2 modes, and uninstalls cleanly.
• Detects when Steam has restored its own files over a downgraded GTA (reinstall / Verify integrity), which used to make the game crash on launch, and offers to convert it again. Also detects an ASI loader that Steam has overwritten.

MIT licensed. Third-party components keep their own licences (included in payload).
