Dependency refresh: the kit now builds against shn-sdk v0.33.0 and shn-gateway v0.30.0.
What this changes for participants: registrations made by this version declare the message-frame formats the kit understands, so when a responder's connected system rejects a request, the responder's actual status and diagnostic body come back through the network verbatim — instead of collapsing to an empty error on the requesting side.
Both installers are code-signed: macOS is Developer ID-signed, notarized, and stapled; Windows is Authenticode-signed (publisher: Smart Health Network PBC).
