๐ŸŽ’ Smart Backpacks Wiki

Welcome to the official Smart Backpacks guide!

Smart Backpacks adds expandable backpacks, powerful upgrades, portable workstations, storage networks, automation tools, mob backpacks, and much more.

This page explains the currently registered Smart Backpacks items and their main functionality across the current Forge 1.20.1, NeoForge 1.21.1, Fabric 26.2, and NeoForge 26.2 projects.

Every Smart Backpack stores its own inventory.

Higher backpack tiers provide more slots and can still be:

  • Opened from your hand
  • Worn on your back
  • Placed in the world
  • Upgraded
  • Dyed

Dyeing a backpack does not remove its stored contents.
