Fixes for Foundry V14 + DSA5 8.x

• DSA5 data paths: Read wounds/astralenergy/karmaenergy with .current (not .value)
• Ring detection: Replace undefined hasDynamicRing with duck-type check on token.ring.configureVisuals
• Color application: Use token.document.update({"ring.colors.ring": "#hex"}) — direct ringColorLittleEndian assignment has no visible effect in V14
• Loop guard: Skip document update when stored color already matches computed color
• Flash colors: Fix COLOR_DAMAGE/COLOR_HEALING constants to standard RGB for Color.from()
