Felania Community 0.1.0 beta

First public beta of the self-hosted Felania control plane.

Included

• Linux and OpenWrt fleet inventory, telemetry, alerts, and per-device history
• Audited allowlisted commands and Runbooks
• Guarded Docker Compose releases with canary health gates and rollback
• Application lifecycle control, private Registry V2 credentials, Blueprints, and Platform API
• Docker Compose deployment plus tested backup, restore, and upgrade guides

Community boundary

Community Edition provisions one local Owner and one workspace. Public signup, Stripe billing, team invitations, and the Felania Cloud support inbox are not included.

Beta: begin with a non-critical device, use trusted HTTPS, and keep tested off-host backups.
