Readded author credit

Readded Bladuk to the authors when the server starts, it was rude to remove it as it was their original plugins.

More Customizable Text

This update adds more customizable text, for %173stared% and %096state% now allows servers to directly customize what the text says. Useful for servers where English isnt the primary langage.

New Config Stuffs

Updated the stuff so servers can specify the disguise names for 3114, which is really useful for localized servers

I compiled it to Release and not Debug lol
(Literally no changes)

SCP-096 has the option for amount of targets that 096 has
All scps has the option to show the name playing as that SCP

Quick Fix

Fixed a spelling error with default config that I could of sworn I fixed

• 173 has a new parameter to get being stared at

Both of these are included in the default config now.
