v0.1.2 — image-count and npm CLI fixes

Choose a tag to compare

@SnowSky1 SnowSky1 released this 11 Oct 08:02

Install v0.1.2

This release contains the image-count fix and a follow-up packaging fix that preserves both npm CLI entries. Version 0.1.2 is now published on npm through GitHub Actions trusted publishing, with a signed provenance statement:

npm install --global universal-imagegen-agent@0.1.2
imagegen-agent --version

The npm archive, Python wheel, and source distribution are also attached.

Fixed

  • Node.js generate/edit now reject explicit n=0 instead of silently requesting one image. Omitted counts still default to one; valid counts 1–10 are unchanged.
  • Both npm executable paths use the canonical bin/... form so current npm does not remove them during publish normalization.

Added

  • Shared image-count fixtures for Node.js and Python CLIs.
  • A runnable generate → edit local API integration walkthrough, with explicitly labeled fixture images and real-provider instructions.
  • A provider-feedback issue form and clearer verification boundaries.

Verified

  • 19 Node.js tests and 32 Python tests, plus syntax/lint/format checks.
  • Python wheel/sdist build and npm package-content review.
  • Local generation/editing integration and zero-count rejection before a provider request.
  • The packaged npm artifact installs in a separate directory; both commands return 0.1.2 and the installed CLI rejects --n 0 with exit code 2.
  • Publish dry-run no longer removes the CLI entries.
  • The npm registry package was independently installed and verified: both CLI aliases report 0.1.2, zero is rejected, and the packaged local integration example passes.

Live-model image quality has not been validated for this release. The bundled PNG outputs are integration fixtures.

v0.1.1 — consistent image-count validation

@SnowSky1 SnowSky1 released this 11 Oct 07:40

Install v0.1.1

This intermediate release has been superseded by v0.1.2, which is available on npm and also fixes npm CLI-entry normalization. The attached 0.1.1 package remains available for reproducibility:

npm install --global https://github.com/SnowSky1/universal-imagegen-agent/releases/download/v0.1.1/universal-imagegen-agent-0.1.1.tgz

A Python wheel and source distribution are also attached. The npm package was installed in a separate directory and its CLI returned imagegen-agent 0.1.1.

Fixed

  • Node.js generate/edit now reject an explicit n=0 instead of silently requesting one image. Omitted counts still default to one; valid counts 1–10 are unchanged.
  • Shared image-count fixtures cover both CLIs, including generate/edit, omitted values, zero, negative values, and the upper limit.

Added

  • A runnable local generate → edit API integration example, packaged with npm, with explicit fixture-output labeling.
  • Real-provider walkthrough, verification boundaries, and a provider-feedback issue form.

Validation

  • Node.js syntax checks and 19 tests passed locally.
  • Python lint/format checks and 32 tests passed locally.
  • The local integration example passed; Python wheel/sdist and npm package contents were checked.

Live-provider image quality was not exercised in this release verification.
