raccoon_runner 0.3.0-pre.3 (prerelease)

Prebuilt raccoon_runner 0.3.0-pre.3 for Linux x64, macOS arm64 and macOS x64. Each archive holds the binary, tool/raccoon-device, tool/engine_dir.sh, VERSION and LICENSE, and works as a runtime on its own once unpacked:

mkdir raccoon_runner && tar xzf raccoon_runner-0.3.0-pre.3-<platform>.tar.gz -C raccoon_runner
raccoon_runner/raccoon_runner --version

A browser download on macOS needs xattr -d com.apple.quarantine raccoon_runner/raccoon_runner before Gatekeeper lets it run. The Raccoon Simulator downloads the archive for its host itself.
